CRO & performance
You already have the traffic. Let's lose fewer of them on the way to checkout.
Most stores don't have a traffic problem — they have a friction problem. I find the specific places where ready buyers hesitate, stall, or leave, and remove them one by one.
Who this is for
The right fit if any of these sound familiar.
- You get visitors and add-to-carts, but too few of them finish the order.
- Your store "feels slow" on a real phone, even if the score looks fine.
- Checkout, cart, or product pages have grown messy over time and nobody's sure what's helping.
- You want changes based on how the store actually behaves — not guesses or generic "best practices".
What you get
Fewer drop-offs, a clearer path to buy.
A friction map, not a checklist
Where real users hesitate across product, cart, checkout, and mobile — with the highest-impact issues first.
A store that feels fast
Core Web Vitals work targeting the moments customers actually feel: stable layout, quick first view, responsive taps.
Fixes that ship
The prioritised issues implemented cleanly in your theme or store — not a PDF of recommendations you have to hand off.
What's included
Everything in a typical engagement.
- Full funnel review: product, cart, checkout, mobile
- Core Web Vitals audit (LCP, CLS, INP) on real devices
- Prioritised issue list ranked by likely impact and effort
- Implementation of the agreed fixes in your store
- Layout-stability, image, and font/loading improvements
- Before/after checks and a plain-language summary
How it works
A clear, four-step engagement.
-
Step 1
Audit
Review the funnel and measure performance on real devices.
-
Step 2
Prioritise
Rank issues by impact vs. effort so we fix what matters first.
-
Step 3
Implement
Ship the agreed fixes cleanly in your theme or store.
-
Step 4
Measure
Check the changes and hand over a clear summary.
Questions
The things people usually ask first.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No — and be careful of anyone who does. What I can do is remove specific, identifiable friction and measurable performance problems that stand between your visitors and a completed order. I'll be honest about what's likely to move the needle and what isn't.
Do you need access to my store?
For the audit I need to browse the store like a customer, ideally with a staging or read view. For implementation I'll need appropriate access to your theme or store, scoped to what the work requires — never more.
How long does it take?
A focused audit is usually 1–2 weeks. Implementation depends on how much we decide to tackle; we agree the scope before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
I'm on Shopify / WooCommerce — is that fine?
Yes. This work is done on both. The platform changes how fixes are implemented, not the approach: find the friction, prioritise, ship.
What does it cost?
Projects start from $500, with the exact figure set by scope after a short conversation. You'll get a defined scope and a fixed starting point before committing.
Evidence policy: any results shown on this site will be real and client-approved. I won't publish invented percentages or borrowed screenshots to make a case.
Let's find what's costing you orders.
Tell me your store URL and what feels off. I'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it.
